Over the break I thought about how imp it is (in '20) for a layer-1 protocol team to be ambidextrous - build secure & usable infra + find *real* pain points to solve.

recruit next 10 teammates - including in China, India, SE Asia where cross border payments use cases are most needed

Reach closer to our target of 35% of tokens staked

Long term financial model of using our tokens to incentivize all of our team and partners
